Keyboard Screen Configuration Guide

本页面将介绍如何通过WiFi配置屏幕，完成网络连接后即可实现对屏幕的远程控制与管理。

This page introduces how to configure the screen via WiFi. Once the network connection is established, you can remotely control and manage the screen.

Keyboard连接与识别

Keyboard Connection & Recognition

  1. 使用Type-c线连接到Keyboard设备
  2. 通电后，屏幕会显示默认时间（非准确北京时间）
  3. Keyboard自动创建名称为My-ap的WiFi热点
  1. Connect to the Keyboard device using a Type-C cable.
  2. After powering up, the screen will display a default time (not synchronized yet).
  3. The Keyboard will automatically create a WiFi hotspot named My-ap.

连接到设备热点

Connect to Device Hotspot

  1. 打开手机的WiFi设置界面
  2. 在可用网络列表中找到My-ap
  3. 点击连接，输入默认密码：12345678
  4. 等待3-5秒，显示"已连接"即完成热点连接
  1. Open the WiFi settings on your phone or PC.
  2. Find My-ap in the available network list.
  3. Click to connect and enter the default password: 12345678.
  4. Wait 3-5 seconds. Connection is successful when it shows "Connected".

部分设备可能会提示"此网络无互联网连接"，请忽略提示并继续连接，这是正常现象

Some devices may prompt "No Internet Connection". Please ignore this warning and continue to connect. This is completely normal.

配置目标WiFi网络

Configure Target WiFi Network

  1. 连接My-ap后，设备将自动弹出配置页面（如图3）
  2. 若未自动弹出，手动打开浏览器输入：192.168.4.1
  3. 在配置页面的WiFi列表中，选择你所在环境中的WiFi名称（SSID）
  4. 输入该WiFi的密码，点击submit按钮提交
  1. After connecting to My-ap, a configuration page will pop up automatically (as shown in Figure 3).
  2. If it doesn't pop up, open a browser and manually enter: 192.168.4.1.
  3. Select your local WiFi network name (SSID) from the available WiFi list.
  4. Enter your WiFi password, and click the submit button.

仅支持2.4GHz WiFi网络，不支持5GHz频段

Only 2.4GHz WiFi networks are supported. 5GHz is not supported.

设备重启与时间同步

Device Reboot & Time Sync

  1. 自动关闭My-ap热点，重启设备（3-5秒）
  2. 重启完成后，自动连接到已配置的WiFi网络
  3. 成功联网后，屏幕时间将自动同步为准确的北京时间
  1. The device will turn off the My-ap hotspot and reboot (takes 3-5s).
  2. After rebooting, it automatically connects to your configured WiFi network.
  3. Once connected, the screen time will automatically synchronize with the accurate network time.

若重启后时间未同步，说明连接失败，请重复以上操作。

If the time is not synchronized after rebooting, the connection has failed. Please repeat the steps above.

查看管理地址与后台管理

Check Management IP & Dashboard

  1. 在屏幕主界面，通过按键选中进入设置界面
  2. 在设置界面中，找到网络信息区域，记录显示的IP地址（格式为：http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx）
  3. 确保你的电脑/手机已连接到同一WiFi网络
  4. 打开浏览器，输入记录的IP地址，进入后台管理界面
  1. On the main screen interface, select via hardware keys to enter Settings.
  2. In the Settings menu, find the network information section and write down the IP address (Format: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).
  3. Ensure your PC or phone is connected to the exact same WiFi network.
  4. Open a browser, enter the recorded IP address, and access the web management dashboard.

后台管理功能包括：

  • 上传静态图片、动态图片
  • 屏幕显示亮度参数调节
  • 屏幕默认状态设置
  • 屏幕程序OTA更新
  • Upload static images and animations (GIFs)
  • Adjust screen brightness parameters
  • Set default screen startup states
  • Perform wireless OTA firmware updates

注意事项 Important Notes

  • 若配置页面未自动弹出，可尝试关闭并重新打开WiFi，或手动输入192.168.4.1
  • 确保输入的WiFi密码正确，密码错误会导致连接失败（区分大小写）
  • 设备仅支持2.4GHz WiFi（参考市场同类IOT设备所支持的Wifi频段）
  • 上传的图片/动画可以通过 首页工具 全自动生成匹配的分辨率和格式
  • 若IP地址无法访问，检查设备与控制端是否在同一网络，或重启路由器尝试
  • If the configuration page doesn't pop up automatically, try toggling your WiFi off and on, or manually enter 192.168.4.1.
  • Ensure the WiFi password is accurate; wrong credentials will fail the process (it is case-sensitive).
  • The hardware only works with 2.4GHz WiFi networks (similar to most IoT standard devices).
  • Uploaded images/animations can be processed via the Homepage Tools to automatically generate matching resolutions and formats.
  • If the IP address is unreachable, verify that both your control device and the keyboard are on the exact same network, or reboot your router.
